Docu Film Competition
Filmmakers or film enthusiasts will rediscover the beauty of Manila by filming the people. They can shoot and make a documentary about a certain subject, perhaps street vendors, drivers, barkers or anyone who you see in the streets of Manila.
Launch: Dec. 15, 2012
Submission of Entries: Dec. 16, 2012 to Feb. 28, 2013
MECHANICS
1. PACK YOUR BAG
Go get your cam and go to Manila.
2. KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN
Pick a subject. A family, a street vendor, a kid, an office girl, a driver, a group of people, anyone! Shoot their everyday life, community, way of living, work, routine, anything. Make a short a docu. Tell a story.
Rules are as follows:
Scope: anywhere in the City of Manila
Subject should be in the streets of Manila
Existing documentaries can also be your entry/ies as long it’s your own work
Duration of docu: max of 20mins. (including all credits)
Entry should be in .mp4 format
Max. of 2 entries per contestant
*Pls. take note that this contest is open only for College (age 18-21) & Yuppies (age 22-35)
